Ashley Hepworth is an award-winning Napa Valley winemaker and industry advisor dedicated to helping winemakers accelerate their production capabilities. With over 24 years of experience in winemaking, Ashley brings her extensive knowledge and passion to help others improve their craft.
Ashley's approach to winemaking is simple, letting the vineyards and vintages speak for themselves to achieve quality and purity of fruit.
A Distinguished Career
Prior to founding AHWC, Ashley served as Winemaker at Joseph Phelps Vineyards for 15 years. During her tenure, she oversaw production of the Vineyard's award-winning Napa Valley wines, including its flagship wine Insignia, Single-Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Backus, as well as its Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Delice (a faux ice wine).
